Rollout status

Approved website documents

The website owner approved the revisions on October 30, 2026. The following documents now show an effective date of October 30, 2026. Approval does not itself send notices or activate billing controls.

  • Platform Terms of Use: business-only subscriptions; monthly cancellation with 30 days' notice; annual 12-month commitment and non-renewal notice at least 30 days before renewal; plan switching and refund exceptions.
  • Website Terms of Use: links to the Platform Terms.
  • Service level agreement: High/Medium/Low initial response targets of 1/2/5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Version history preserved

The original Platform Terms, October 21, 2025 and original Website Terms, July 13, 2025 retain their original text and effective dates. The Privacy Policy is unchanged. Each approved document has a dated version link.

Existing subscriber transition

Apply the revised Platform Terms at each existing customer's next eligible renewal after required notice and any required affirmative acceptance. Do not change an existing paid term retroactively. Where notice or acceptance requirements cannot be met, defer the transition. Record the governing document version for each subscription.

Purchasing app work remains outstanding

This website's "Get started" opens a callback request, not a subscription checkout. Submitting it is neither a purchase nor acceptance of the Platform Terms. No checkout, billing controls or renewal automation have been added here. These must be implemented in the actual purchasing app before self-serve purchases use the revised terms:

  1. Require business details and an initially unchecked confirmation: "I am purchasing on behalf of a business and have authority to bind it." Block consumer purchases.
  2. Require an initially unchecked terms checkbox linking the approved Platform Terms version and SLA version, and enforce acceptance on the server before creating a subscription.
  3. Show the chosen plan's cancellation and automatic renewal summary. Store immutable acceptance evidence: customer and business identity, document versions, server timestamp, affirmative confirmations, selected plan, price, currency and resulting subscription identifier.
  4. Provide cancellation and non-renewal controls, confirmation of the effective end date, access through the paid term, plan-switch scheduling and breach-related refunds, enforcing the approved deadlines in billing.
  5. Send annual renewal reminders at least 30 days before renewal. Schedule the first reminder 45 days before renewal so the customer has time to act before the 30-day deadline. Include price, renewal date, non-renewal deadline and method. Notify price changes at least 30 days in advance and before the annual non-renewal deadline.
  6. Send existing-subscriber transition notices and obtain fresh acceptance where required. No transition emails, renewal reminders or price-change notices have been sent or scheduled by this website.
